Awesome and beautiful place to relax The host is marvelous and very accommodating. Exceptionally clean and the views are to die for. Sunrise everyday and the waves are so calming to hear them up against the rocks. Love this place.
This is a beautiful inn with an in ground pool, plenty of seating on their new decks. Cute atmosphere and beautiful ocean vistas. Its one of my favorite places to stay on Cape Ann. 5 stars!
We were there in early October and enjoyed some of the most perfect weather. There was a kitchenette and coffee maker in our room. It was clean and had that quaint New England feel with goodies and fresh apples on the table. Each morning you could find me sitting out on the porch with a steaming cup coffee taking in the view of the ocean. We had adjoining rooms with our family. After a long day of taking in the sights it was nice to stretch out on our comfy beds and watch a movie on tv. We suggest this location for all ages.
My wife and I decided to take a trip to Salem, MA and we looked for accommodations in the area and found 0 availability. We decided to take a chance in Gloucester, MA and sure enough, we found the perfect oasis. This hotel isn't your ordinary hotel, but the view couldn't be perfect. It overlooks the sea, like literally and sitting outside enjoying your coffee in the AM, hearing the waves hit the rocks is breath taking. The rooms are comfortable and you feel like you are in your own cottage. The AC system is by the window, easy to handle, and the pressure of the shower is incredible. The main lobby is a lovely sitting area with well rounded staff and owners. I had the opportunity to meet the owners and I cannot express how helpful, professional, and kind they all were during our stay. I highly recommend this place, especially if you rent a car and need to get around and visit the nearby towns. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

What a comfortable rooms and nice staff.View of the ocean is great. I have a "bad knee" and they have a " handicap " room which was offered to me at no additional cost. We're going back in October.
This motel is a gem! Cathy, one of the front desk clerks is fabulous. She couldn't do more to get us settled and make sure everything was in order. The rooms are nicely sized, well appointed and the kitchenette is definitely a plus. I couldn't say more about our overall satisfaction.
Just visited and priced out, didn't stay..... Absolutely beautiful location across from Bass Rock Beach, but I was looking for a place to walk right onto the beach..... Although outstanding views, you would still have to drive or bicycle down to Good Harbor Beach..... I'll bet it's beautiful in the off season when you can't swim in the ocean anyway, but enjoy the view and boulders on the beach..... Nice pool property looks all renovated, and easy access for disabled.... Beautiful location!
